Key Points of the Terms
100% Free Game with No Pay-to-Win: XI FOOT is a purely recreational tactical fantasy game. We do not charge to play and victories depend exclusively on strategy and management.
No Gambling or Real Money: The game is not a betting house, lottery or casino. The in-game coins ("coins") are fictional points for entertainment in the simulator and have no monetary value in the real world.
Mandatory Fair Play: Cheating scripts (cheats/bots), abuse of vulnerabilities, or disrespectful conduct in club and manager names are expressly prohibited.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing, browsing or playing XI FOOT (hosted at xifoot.com), you fully agree to the provisions set out in these Terms of Use and in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any term presented here, you must discontinue use of the platform.
2. Nature and Purpose of the Game
XI FOOT is a playful football simulator in the fantasy manager model, accessible directly through the web browser. The goal of the game is to allow users to build tactical teams, set lineups, play simulated matches and participate in performance rankings.
Important note about the virtual in-game currency:
Any virtual coins accumulated within the game (such as victory coins or season rewards) are exclusively cosmetic and playful items within the simulation. They cannot be converted, redeemed, traded or withdrawn into real money, cryptocurrencies or material goods.
3. Registration, Accounts and Security
To save your progress in the cloud and appear in the global club ranking, the player may register an account by providing a valid email and creating a secure password, or by using a supported authentication provider (e.g. Google).
- You are solely responsible for the safekeeping and confidentiality of your password.
- Do not share your account with third parties. XI FOOT will never ask for your password by email or external messages.
- You may request the closure of your account and the deletion of your data at any time through the support email.
4. Rules of Conduct and Fair Play
We want to keep a fair, competitive and welcoming community. The following practices are expressly prohibited:
- Offensive Names: Choosing manager or club names that contain racist, homophobic, discriminatory content, incitement to violence, explicit obscenities or defamation.
- Cheating and Automation: Using scripts, robots (bots), modified autoclickers, or intentionally exploiting flaws in the simulation engine or WebSocket servers to gain unfair competitive advantages.
- Attacks on Infrastructure: Attempting to invade, destabilize or overload (DDoS) the servers, databases or the game's infrastructure.
Repeated violation of these rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent banning of the account and removal of the club from the official rankings.
5. Intellectual Property and Sports Liability Disclaimer
The source code, trademarks, visual interface, original logos and the simulation mechanics are owned by XI FOOT and are protected by intellectual property laws.
XI FOOT is an independent sports entertainment project. Mentions of athlete names, cities or classic football terms are used in the context of playful simulation and factual/sports representation, without any commercial link, endorsement or official sponsorship with leagues, federations or professional football clubs.
6. Availability and Changes to the Game
The game is provided free of charge "as is" and subject to availability. We reserve the right to improve, update tactical balancing rules, add new features or perform periodic server maintenance for continuous gameplay improvement.
